IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Customers are solely responsible and must pay for all import duties, taxes and tariffs levied by their respective government on their purchases.

These fees are not included in your order and unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. To find out how more about these fees, please contact your local custom’s office. 

DELAYS 

We are not responsible for shipping delays that might be affected by, but not limited to customs, transportation strikes, delays from  international mail carriers and natural disasters

 RETURNS

All purchases made are final and not eligible for return or exchange. 

CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel  or make changes to your order once the payment has been made.
